Notion
Your whole creator business, in one place. What is Notion?
Notion is an all-in-one workspace: you write notes, build tables, plan a calendar and track projects, all in the same app. It works on computer, phone and in the browser, and your pages sync everywhere.
For a creator, it mostly does three things: it keeps all your content ideas, plans your publications and tracks your collaborations with brands (status, deadline, payment). You can start from a ready-made template or build your own structure in a few minutes.
You stop juggling ten apps and get your peace of mind back, because you always know what to publish and when. You can start for free and move to a paid plan only if you need it later.

How to set up Notion
Pick the assistant you already use. You connect it to Notion, copy the prompt, and it builds your workspace with you.
I want to set up Notion for my content creator business. Use the Notion connector to create the pages directly in my workspace. Before creating anything, ask me one question at a time: what type of content I create, on which platforms, how many pieces of content per month, and whether I work alone or with clients or brands. Then show me the plan and wait for my approval before creating. The structure: 1) a “Content ideas” database, 2) a publishing calendar, 3) a tracker for ongoing projects (status, deadline, amount if there is one), 4) a home page that brings everything together. Keep the structure as simple as possible, with no unnecessary options. Once it's created, tell me where to find each page in Notion and give me a 5-minute checklist to do every week.

At the end, give me a 5-minute checklist to do every week.
What it changes in your daily life
Notion gives you one place to think, plan and track your business. You open a page and you know where you stand: what's ready, what's in progress and what comes next.
Less to keep in your head, more room to create.
Notion is a very good starting point. When I was starting out, it's what I used to centralise everything, with ready-made templates for my tasks, my clients and my content. I ran my digital agency, ads and videos, entirely that way. I didn't need more to see clearly. My advice: start simple with a template, then adapt it to the way you work.
